Cancellation Policy

Need to change your appointment?
Please contact us on 0427 376 160 as soon as possible.


*Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment and don’t give enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, Clients waiting to have a service also miss the opportunity to receive the service.

*Because it is easy to forget an appointment you’ve booked months or weeks ago, Your appointment is confirmed by email one week before said booking, and a text message two days in advance. Since the appointment time is reserved for you personally a NO Show or Cancelation Fee will apply.

If you reschedule or cancel your booking within 24 hours of said appointment and it cannot be filled by another booking, you will be charged for the full service.

* Be aware of a Cancellation fee 100% of total service, if the appointment time cannot be filled by another client.

* If you cancel 24 hours or less before the appointment time.

* If you Reschedule 24 hours or less and the appointment cannot be filled by another client.

* Full payment of total service cost is paid upfront.

* If you are on a package and you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours you will forfeit the session.


Deposits & Payments

Payments are due at time of booking. 

Online Payments accepted Via PAYPAL or Stripe.

All Coaching Sessions need to be paid before the appoinment is carried out.
