Cancellation Policy

Need to change your appointment?
Please contact us at claire@clairegorman.com.au or support@clairegorman.com.au as soon as possible.

 

*Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment and don’t give enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients waiting to have a service also miss the chance to receive the service.

To help you remember your appointment, we send a confirmation email one week before and a text message two days before. We understand it’s easy to forget an appointment booked months or weeks ago. Just so you know, since the appointment time is reserved for you personally, a no-show or Cancellation Fee will apply.

If you reschedule or cancel your booking within 24 hours of said appointment and another booking cannot fill it, you will be charged for the entire service.

* Be aware of a cancellation fee of 100% of the total service if another client cannot fill out the appointment time.

* If you cancel 24 hours or less before the appointment time.

* If you reschedule 24 hours or less and the appointment cannot be filled out by another client,

* Full payment of total service cost is paid upfront.

* If you are on a package and cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will forfeit the session.

 

Deposits & Payments

Payments are due at time of booking.

Online Payments accepted Via PAYPAL or Stripe.

All Coaching Sessions need to be paid before the appoinment is carried out.
