Finding sanctuary in the stillness becomes a precious gift we bestow upon ourselves. This fast-paced modern life often distracts us from our true essence, our inner wisdom, and the profound journey of self-discovery through soul growth. Many clients have spoken about how this year is becoming faster, and I would agree with that. However, have we really learned anything from the past few years’ to slow down? Are we back to where our living pace of life is pre-covid, or are we maintaining a slow well-being pace? Research has indicated that adopting a slower pace of life is instrumental in maintaining overall well-being. Amid the chaos of our hurried lives, we often overlook the importance of solitude and mindfulness – essential ingredients for our spiritual growth, which is a key learning for our soul this year.

Over the last few years, where we weren’t able to connect face-to-face as much, or hardly at all in my case, living in Melbourne, 2022 was the year of reshaping our relationships with self and others. The changes that the world went through have reshaped our thoughts and values. As we change on the inside, we also attract different experiences, situations, and people into our lives, and you may be experiencing this now.

I spoke in my energy overview at the beginning of 2023 that we would be opening up to different relationships internally and externally this year. We are also starting to meet our soul family. 

During 2023, we start the journey towards a new vibration in the collective, opening us up for more spiritual growth, awareness and intuition. We crave to seek like-minded souls who share our aspirations and values. Studies have shown that authentic social connections contribute to psychological well-being, resilience, and even longevity.
